I have been married 30 years. I have a decree nisi due to my husband's adultery and 16 months have passed. We still haven't settled financially due to his delay and the non-sale of house. Till now we have had a joint account and have split any 'left over money' each month (all expenses on all homes have been shared). I have always had a well paid career but due to circumstances, for the last 10 years have worked part-time and earn one tenth of what my husband does. Our only asset is the capital in our home. He has now removed his salary from the joint account, cancelled the standing orders on utilities and is pressing me to find more work (which is difficult tin this area). I am pressing for the financial settlement  but the worry of being poor is getting to me . Any ideas?
