I am currently going through a bad divorce i have had my Dicree Nici some three months ago, i have two children 12 and 8 and own a house which is in joint names, have been split nearly two and a half years and still pay the full mortgage but no CSA as this is the way she wants it. Since my Decree Nici i have heard nothing with regards to my financial situation my wife makes it very hard for me to see my children plus i am not allowed in my house as all the locks have been changed my question is should my ex be paying towards some part of the mortgage and should i have heard something by now about the financial situation as i am being told that my solicitor is not working hard enough for me is there anyone who can help me please.
