Urgent advise needed

Hi, I am looking for an advice on proposed settlement.
We were married for 4.5 years in total, no children, I am 33, he is 47. I am not working at the moment, He's got a salary £45k.
Everything in his sole name, house worth £450 000 (£26 000 mortgage left to pay and £80 000 unsecured loan to his father who paid deposite for the house. However my husband always told me that it was gift with no need to return). Also he has £55 000 in bank account and pension asset of £20 000. He's got extra £250 000 in his family trust what he is saying I can't claim as also 9% shareholding in some family bisiness.
He is offering me £105 000 lump sum, car worth £8 000 and maintenance £7 000
Is it fair or I am selling myself cheap? I need to make a very quick decision or we go to Court.
Please, advise me.
