Hi everyone,
please give opinion and advise on my case.
1.suspect of adultery
2.wife file divorce on UB aug 2007
3.defended
4.first solicitor filed incomplete answer
5.threats and nuisance phone calls
6.disengaged first solicitor and engaged second solicitor
7.second solicitor disclosed first solicitor indicated i contested jurisdiction of county court(not true)
8.i have to file answer myself(answer all particulars) as second solicitor don't want to work on the answer.
9.file children arrangement (2 girls than 11 & 14) including the threats and nuisance phone calls my self.
10.disengaged second solicitor.
11.wife pregnant by another dec 2007
12.wife attempted to kick me out of FMH before moving out with 2 girls shocking one of them apr 2008
13.re-engaged second solicitor, suggested x-petition on adultery. third person now know to all involved.
14.i want to name co-respondent and separation ,second solicitor want "pregnant by man unknown." and filed amended answer without my consent.
15.no trial on day of trial as there were no judge, amended answer becomes amended answer & x-petition on "man unknown" by counsels on both side and asked me to sign a consent order in a matter of minutes. otherside solicitor said i sign my life away with my counsel.
16.i sensed solicitor not acting for me, self rep on children residence final hearing,residence awarded to wife as she has help with her boy friend. Her baby boy has now being born and cohabiting with boy friend.
17.i attempted to vary divorce consent order.
18.object against decree pronouncement of decree nisi,
19.appeal against decree nisi.
20.occupation order against me, appealled, order set aside as i have nothing to challange.
21.occupation order against. appealled.
22.wife break into FMH while i attend appeal oral on decree nisi. permission to appeal refused.
wife boy friend is wealthy. she is driving his new 4x4.They are shielding his assets. He is now said to be in China and they will not marry or cohabit.
Question. 1. am i right to pursue x-petition on adultery naming the co-respondent knowing that they are hiding assets and refused to negotiate ?
Question 2. am i right to pursue her boy friend asset when every one involved knew the boy friend will emerge from the woods later.
Question 3. am i denied my right to name co-respondent by these not so bad family solicitors.
the two love bird have all planed out before ending the two relationships.the boy friend already got the maximum possible from his previous cohabiting relationship. they now want as much as possible from this contested divorce.
