hep please

I have been married for 11 years now and have been going through some difficulties for the past couple of years. We have both decided we want to try and work things out but need some professional input e.g. counselling Can anyone advise on what would be the best option , where to go for help. We live in the north east of england. Would be grateful for any suggestions
