husbands wants to buy me out

I have been married for nearly 29 years and have spent the last 10 years renovating a much beloved house with my husband.  He has fallen in love with someone else (21 years younger than me) and is willing to let me live in the house with the children for the next five years, until the youngest is 18.  I will have to pay all the bills , which is going to mean there will be very little money for anything other than basic essentials.  However, although I am glad that we will be able to stay in our home, I can't let go of this terrible bitterness at the thought of my husband's new wife llving in my house afterwards.  IIt's driving me mad and making me feel like I am a tenant in my own home.  How can I let go of my house - which was going  to be our dream house together and where my children have spent most of their childhood? Any advice from anyone who has had to do this would be welcomed.
