need help

Hi,

I am in the middle of a very nasty contact/financial settlement divorce. I can no longer afford solicitor and can not get legal aid. My former husband uses a solicitor and barrister. Last week i was mauled in court re a final contact hearing. Next month i will attend a financial settlement hearing . My father is helping me now. Is there any way he can represent me at the financial hearing. Are there any precedence for this. We know about a Mackenzie Friend,but i need more help.
