Hi,

I have been divorced for about 5 years now , My 2   children aged (14 ,10) live with me and my second wife 50%  of the time , When the divorce went through I  agreed to pay an amount per month to my ex to support the children ,which the courts rubber stamped as we agreed this figure between us. My situation in now changing as my current wife is now expecting a baby in October , can I go back and review the payments that I currently pay to my ex. what would be the process to do this ?

The answer to this is yes. You can get the csa involved in calculating have much you should be paying. The fact is you might have been paying too much already.

Even if the courts were involved at the begining the csa can and will over rule it because they are a government agency.
