Hello need some advice re seperation, been together around 18 yrs, never married, 1 child currently with me, have owned houses over the years sold end of last yr. now rent, houses were always in my name with only my name on mortgage, paid by me, cash from sale now in my bank account, when together we never had joint accounts, she never used my name.

Under Scots law is she entitled to claim anything, I accept if my daughter moves in with her I will need to help with that.

Sorry if it come over selfish but shes the one that just walked out, never called or answered her mobile for 5 days to me or my daughter I was so worried if even called the police and a+e.

Any advice appreciated. thanks.
